          BASIC BOOKEEPING PACKAGE:


a) Monthly reconcile all bank accounts ( up to 2 bank or charge accounts )
b) Produce monthly Income Profit and Loss,(with comparative periods)
c) Produce a Balance Sheet,.
d) Produce payroll up to 6 employees
e) Provide all monthly, quarterly remittances , T4’s
f) Send email reminders regularly as required/requested
g) Handle A/R and A/P up to 100 entries per month combined

  Basic Cost: $ 350 per month plus tax

ADDITIONAL

- $10 per month per additional employee
- $2.00 per employee per payroll for direct deposit
- $ 20 per month per 25 additional A/R - A/P entries
- $50 per month per annual corporate return

PAYMENT FOR SERVICES


We bill and you pay for our services monthly by Pay pal, Wire Transfer, Visa / American Express or by setting up automatic transfer on a monthly basis.
